The laws surrounding employment in the midst of the COVID pandemic are changing rapidly. Below is a chart that summarizes the various types of leave that may be available to employees who need time away from work due to COVID-related issues.
We have also received a number of questions from employees about when, and under what conditions, they are required to return to work (for example, “Must I return to work if my employer is not taking proper precautions?
